Very nice property.

Overall house excellent! Could use a few minor updates. Family enjoyed our stay.

Ample kitchen space and well-appointed rooms. Bunk room is a little tight. Perfect for kids but tight for adults. Hot tub was a great addition. 6 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair and easy walk to all of downtown Breck. Never had to use the bus.

Great townhome with private hot tub

My friends and I had a great time at this property, we loved the space. It was very convenient to walk to the slopes and have our own private hot tub.

The location is wonderful. We could walk to the ski rental and Quicksilver chair lift very easily. Alos, a short walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants.

Totally walkable to downtown Breck. We stayed late-summer, probably couldn’t walk to the lifts with gear from here, but easy access to hiking/biking trails. Hot tub was a bonus. My truck couldn’t fit in the garage without folding my mirrors in, but since it was summer, parking outside was no issue. Plenty of room for 10 people, stocked with games! Would absolutely stay here again.

We booked a last minute trip with another family with small kids and we had a fantastic stay here! All of us stayed together (4 adults and 5 kids) & it fit our 2 families really well. It has 2 master suites with attached bathrooms for the adults & a large bunk bed room & separate bathroom that accommodated all the kids.
Kitchen was well equipped with some of the smaller appliances some places don't always have like a waffle iron, coffee grinder and toaster oven.
We thought the price was great for our stay here.
Would stay here again!!

The place was a better location than expected. It was our first time to Breckenridge so I wasn’t quite sure on the location and ease to mountain, shops etc. this place was great! We had an easy walk to ski rental (store on recommendation list) and it was an easy flat walk (unlike some units on 4 o’clock drive with an uphill walk to the skiers! .We rented gear on Main Street and walked to peak 9 and picked up our tickets there and grabbed the Quicksilver chair. Plus after skiing the rental co suggested valeted our gear overnight and we enjoyed the Crepe Trolley cart set up at end of day before a quick walk back to unit The place was spacious and we enjoyed the private hot tub (especially since most other community tubs were closed due to covid). There is a shuttle nearby but we did not need or use it. I would recommend leaving a map to the shuttle spot and specific walk to Mountain. The place was as described and pictures were accurate. TV and check in all very easy to use and enjoy. Had an unattached garage we did not use because our car was an XL but easily parked in exterior spot. Great stay and would definitely stay there again!! Thank you

This place was beyond our expectations. Perfect floor plan for several people to stay. The best thing about it was the location. Short walk to Main Street. All of our activities were either down the street or a short car ride away. The house was super cozy and we loved everything about it! The hot tub in the balcony was a major plus. No complaints from us.
