Great place - but very limited parking

Loved our stay here! Super walkable to downtown breck, the home was very clean, and we loved having the hot tub. My only complaint is that it is a very strict 2 car policy which is a challenge when you have ten guests. We had to drive around and find other places for some vehicles which was a challenge. Overall, would definitely recommend as long as you can carpool!

The home was as described and the location was great. The kitchen has more appliances than what were listed, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was a huge plus, specially after a day of hiking or snow skiing!!! And the bbq was also appreciated, but it would be better if it was in the balcony not outside by the garage, since it could get really cold at nighttime during snow days. The neighbors are very friendly! We left a snow ball maker, red snow sled and a small snow board since we couldn’t take it back home, I hope the next guest enjoys it! And we also contributed to the condiments collection..
Overall we enjoyed our home away from home!

Super cozy spot for our girls trip! We had an amazing weekend in this condo. The best part is how walkable the condo is. We were able to easily explore Breckenridge and had plenty of space to relax at the condo too. We would stay here again!

Amazing stay!! We especially loved the location being close to town to walk and 10 minute walk to Peak 9 to catch the lifts for skiing! The hot tub was a plus!!🤩

Comfortable beds! Great layout

We really liked it. Very comfortable and clean…check in was super easy and parking was very convenient. Hot tub was a perfect way to end our day of skiing

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of friends! The location couldn’t be better, as it was a 10 minute walk to town or the slopes. The space was clean and had the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, had great views, and plenty of space.
