Spacious and bright condo just a 10 min walk from Quicksilver lift in ski/boarding gear. Hot tub was actually hot, very close to unit. Shower got nice and hot. Bed and sofa were very comfortable. Thanks!

The condo was exactly as described. We love the decor in the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The only recommendations we could make are to update the couch situation in the living room and add a TV in the master bedroom.

Impeccably clean! This was the perfect home base while hubby and I spent our 15th anniversary in Breck. The littlest of things were thought out from the recommendations of where to go to the instant pot where I made my famous “quick” and French press for that perfect coffeethat made us feel right at home. The fireplace was cozy while we enjoyed some wine while we whined down watching some college football. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

I was a bit worried when I first got the check in instructions regarding having to be there at 4, going to some other building, etc., that all sounded like a giant pain. A few days prior, I did receive an email with codes for door and building which made it super easy. All we had to do was show up and enter at our convenience. Unit was exactly as advertised - clean, nice, great location. Parking is super tight in the garage. If you have a large vehicle you're better off parking in the lot. Parking was a bit tight would be my only complaint, and this was in the summer. Can't imagine what it's like in the winter. We could walk to Breckenridge Brewery, a good breakfast spot across the street, and the rest of the main shopping center. Great unit that will not disappoint. Super clean. Bedding and towels were clean and nice. Thanks for the stay, we had a blast!!!

Spacious 1 bedroom in a quiet condo building close to everything in Breck. We were able to walk everywhere downtown within a 10-20 minute radius.

Description accurate, great location, fair price without exorbitant cleaning fees. Kitchen and baths were updated and clean. Did not have to submit any questions as the provided instructions were accurate and complete. My kids and I had a great time.

Great location and nicely appointed, clean condo. We had everything we needed, customer service was responsive in a timely manner when I had questions. I would stay here again and I’m picky.

Our family of 5 (small children, it would be tight with that many large people) recently stayed here for a short ski vacation. We found that the condo had everything we needed. It was clean and lovely, check-in was really easy, and the kitchen well-appointed. We were able to walk to town for dinner. We took the free town shuttle to Beaver Run- the stop is really close. The ride was a little long on the way there but quick on the way back. All in all, we appreciated the ease and quality of the condo!

The location of this condo was perfect! Easy walk to town and lots to do in the area. The condo itself was very cozy and the 1.5 baths were a plus.

Condo was perfect for our stay. Looked just like photos published. Close to downtown but a little further than I would want to walk to. Peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if going skiing in Breck and one of the cheaper options. Cozy apartment as well that is close to bus stops that take you to/from the city and the peaks. Also walkable to peak 9.

Amazing stay!!! I would recommend this place to any and everyone. It was close to Main Street and we only had to drive 5 minutes at most to get anywhere we needed to in Breckinridge. And giampietro is a must go Italian restaurant!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Breckenridge! Close to trails, walking distance to restaurants downtown, all with mountains views right outside the windows. We snuck up from Denver for a Labor Day escape and to enjoy some biking and hiking and down time. The unit itself was very clean and cozy, a place where you could easily relax for the afternoon or cook dinner comfortably. Having two bathrooms was nice and I appreciated the updated design! Would definitely recommend!

As pictured. Well equipped kitchen if you choose to cook. Bed comfy. Walking distance to many beautiful hikes , restaurants and activities.

We loved our stay! It was so clean, decorated perfectly, and such a quick walk to main and the Breckinridge Troll! The place is spacious, we had a spot to park in the garage, and enjoyed the hot tub. Everyone was so friendly. We read reviews that it can be loud with being so close to the main door, so we brought a small fan to use while we slept. But we didn’t even need it. We had no noise issues at all. Can’t recommend this place enough and I can’t say enough good things about it! We can’t wait to stay here again!

This place is super cute! It’s in a super convenient location to town. The unit itself is super updated and decorated really nicely. Our only complaint was it is loud! You can hear footsteps from the unit above you and the main entrance door shares a wall with the bed. Early in the morning when people were coming and going all you heard was the door slamming. Other than the noise this was a great spot!

Great location. Has a garage which was very convenient during the heavy snow days.
Well decorated and cozy.
The bedroom wall is next to the entrance of the building, so you can hear people come in and out.
Besides this, is a great place.
