Convenient location and nice condo

Location was great - we walked right out to the chair. Parking was easy, unit was clean and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds and bathrooms were good, hot tub was nice and hot, and the fireplace kept the living room nice and cozy. We'd absolutely stay again.

I’ve been going to Breckenridge for many years now. Stayed in town many times. This location was perfect. Personal hot tub. Quite. Easy walk to everything. Beds are on the stiff side.
The unit itself needs maintenance. Windows that don’t work or are literally falling apart. Half the doors don’t shut correctly unless you lift up when closing.

We loved our visit to Breckenridge and staying in this condo was great. Having a private hot tub to enjoy in the snow, great views, and perfect location to walk everywhere. The ONLY negative was that the mattresses were uncomfortable. But after long days full of activity we crashed nonetheless. Would very highly recommend, and can’t wait to come back!

The best thing about this place is the location - followed by the hot tub looking over downtown Breckenridge. A great spot, close to everything. On-site ski storage is handy, and the heated parking is a real plus! Everything’s clean and it’s well furnished, including kitchen utensils, cookware and etc. Great spot for a hassle-free ski trip!

Great location for Breck. Walkable everywhere downtown, and to peak 9. Easy in and out and parking spot was key! Hot tub was a hit with the fam.

Location is terrific, across the street from Peak 9 base and in walking distance to the heart of downtown. Maintenance staff was prompt and friendly when we called to have smoke alarm fixed and hot tub fired up. Rooms are small but comfortable. Garage parking with ski equipment storage available. For the price, there should be better shower heads in bathrooms and a better coffee maker in kitchen. Also lacked kitchen amenities like foil and plastic wrap, which we’ve come to appreciate in other rentals. Overall, loved it and would book again.

The scenery outside the window is very beautiful, the location is very convenient, and there is no need to drive. The main street next to it is very beautiful.

Absolutely loved this condo! Lots of space and great location so we didn’t have to drive anywhere for food or fun. Check-in had to be pre-coordinated which we did not know (they said their email system may have had an issue which is why we weren’t notified), but other than that, it was excellent. Friendly and quick service when we did arrive and needed help checking in. Clean and comfortable stay; the hot tub had incredible views. Very much recommend this unit for your next Breck trip

Beautiful location, clean facilities, and friendly host. The views are absolutely gorgeous, and the loft was everything advertised and more.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say that check-in instructions were not clear in the emails sent prior to arrival, but we guessed and went straight to the main office where picking up the check-in packet was easy and the included instructions were simple and easy to follow. Other than that tiny amount of initial uncertainty, our stay was perfect and I will absolutely check availability here first when planning future stays.

We enjoyed our week in breck at this location. It is a great location for access to skiing and also a close walk to town. And the hosts were helpful and accommodative and responsive. The loft looks like it does in the photos. I would recommend this property

Awesome location. Short walk across the street to Quicksilver lift, and a block away from Main Street. Private hot tub was very convenient for enjoying after a day on the slopes.

You cannot beat this location. Right off downtown Main Street, so many shops and restaurants right there. Easy to access anything in that area. Definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying here. Everything was as-advertised. It's close to a ski-lift and several rental locations. The entire area is very walkable. We took a shuttle in and then either walked everywhere or took the free buses around town. Fantastic location and a very comfortable place to stay.

This place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub overlooking Breckenridge was perfect! The bathrooms are new and spacious. Perfect place in a prime location! We parked in the garage and walked everywhere!

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. This condo is just off Main Street, and it was fantastic to walk to the many shops and restaurants Breckenridge has to offer. The condo was just as described--it was very clean and a great size! The hot tub on the patio was great after a long day of hiking!

The condo was in a perfect location! The sunrise views are breathtaking and from the warmth of the hot tub, you get to enjoy a crisp mountain breeze! We will definitely be back!

This condo is walking distance to everything and was very clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but location and the hot tub make up for that. Check in could give more directions on how to get to the garage and give more detail about entering the building from the garage. It was a bit of a scavenger hunt until we figured out we parked in the right place. Hopefully they fix the front keypad to the front door of the building. We would’ve been locked out of the condo at night, but thankfully there was a secondary way to enter the building through the parking garage.

Unit was as advertised. Location can’t be beat and was even better than I first realized. Close to slopes and to heart of town. Nearest chair lift is just across the street. The unit is just off the elevator. The hot tub is a nice touch with a view of town. The bathroom on the first floor has heated floors. If you’re renting skis, highly recommend renting them from the shop located on the ground level of this building. You can leave the skis with them at night as well (even if you rent elsewhere). Some things could use an update, such as the dishwasher and shower heads, but they still function and did not take away from the stay. Will certainly stay again. I left a personal item in the unit and the staff were quick to coordinate it being returned.

The place was nice. I will say the kitchen utensils and cooking utensils were pretty sparse. Also the dishwasher was in poor repair. For the price would expect more out of the kitchen. Other than that, fantastic location!

My friends and I had a great stay, there was everything we needed. It was clean and organized, there were extra pillows and blankets! Even three humidifiers, which we were extremely grateful for after the first night! The hot tub and fire place was all warmed up and ready for us! We didn’t have to adjust anything.Parking was covered, which was great considering the snow. Location was perfect! Restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores nearby. I would recommend to all my family and friends! We will definitely be back :) thank you!!

The condo was very cozy and clean. The location was great. We were able to easily walk to Main Street. The rooftop hot tub was amazing! Beautiful views and very relaxing. We would love to stay here again!

Location location location.
We parked the car and didn’t have to drive again. Everything was within walking distance and easy to get to.
The space was nice and clean but the private hot tub was a great way to end the day.
The WiFi for our room was not working but we were easily able to connect to the other WiFi in the building.
Would definitely go back.
The value was great for the location and amenities.
