We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

One of the nicest places we've stayed in Breck -- we'll definitely try to rent this place again!
Very comfortable: nice common areas, well-outfitted kitchen, very quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown (15 mins or 20 mins if you go thru the forest.) It was just what we were looking for.
A couple notes: this neighborhood doesn't have addresses out on the street so you need the name of the little development (Mill Run) cause a street address gets you close but doesn't tell you which alley to turn down. The unit itself is in the back and the unit numbers are small and unobtrusive, so it may take a little looking to find.
The keypad on the door is what works and it doesn't look like a keypad till you touch it & get the numbers to light up. Don't bother with the two lockboxes.
2 of us were very happy. It would be ideal for a couple and children. I wouldn't put more than 3 or 4 adults in it unless you're very close friends (shared baths).
That said, it was perfect for us!
