Beaver Run Resort 34330

This was a great location for a ski get away with the family. The resort had a lot of activities for the kids - pool, game room, mini golf. It was located right at the beaver run lift so we could ski in and out. Note that peak 9 was closed for the season when we were there so we could only ski in. The free busses were easy to navigate and got us over to peak 8 easily.

Staying at beaver run was incredible! To be able to step out and be right at the lift was priceless. Access to the ski locker also made all the difference. Having the tea sort amenities allowed us to not have to leave the resort, which with little kids, was sometimes necessary. When we did want to go into the town, we were minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back soon!

Awesome view and cozy. The master bedroom gets a little warm even with heat turned off but still a lovely stay.
And they were nice enough to hold on to my boots that I left until I could pick them up!

This AirBnb was in a great location, maybe only a 10 min walk from downtown Breckenridge with plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The unit itself is a little dated but still a great spot. It was very clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The only issue is the check-in process, and this isn't really the fault of the AirBnb owner, but just a matter of the circumstances surrounding the unit. The unit is in a massive resort; it isn't managed by that resort, but you still need to check in at the front desk of the resort to get your keys. When I arrived, there were 4 conferences being held, so it took about 45 minutes of waiting in line to get to the front desk. Again, this isn't the fault of the owner of the unit, but I think perhaps some other process might work better in the future. Or perhaps I just arrived on a really odd day. But regardless, I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone else looking for a great stay in Breckenridge.

We stayed here for the week of our wedding. It was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots to do in the surrounding area and very walkable to Main Street. The balcony was a very nice touch. Easy access to hot tubs and pool. Mattress and bedding were comfortable, but sheets didn’t fit bed too well. Can call front desk to have firewood delivered and fire started. I wish the air bnb had more supplies (ziplock bags or reusable containers) for day trips/hiking. We liked that the room was right off the elevator and felt private. We would highly recommend this stay to others.

Enjoyed our stay at Great Western @ Beaver Run. We were up for a conference so the location was perfect. The condo was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. We'll be back!

We loved this condo. It was spacious for 6 people, very clean and up to date! The parking garage was convenient and the free shuttle system was a bonus. Breckenridge has so much to offer and this condo was right in the middle of everything!

This was great for our family. The condo is well located, has a great view, access to amenities like the pool and hot tub, and has easy access to a shuttle to take you all around town. It's great to have the two bedrooms and two baths, plus the living room and kitchen. The condo is a bit dated, furniture wise and the stove which is probably the original to the place, but everything is clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for a family.

Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for my family. Resort had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tubs and sauna. Especially liked the convenience of having everything from ski rentals to ski school right there at the resort. Shuttle to and from town was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We were able to see the beaver run chair from our balcony and enjoyed all of the hot tubs and pools there were downstairs.
The place is a little dated and could use a bigger hot water heater but honestly all in all, the place was perfect for what we needed!

We enjoyed our visit to Beaver Run and this condo was good for a party of 5 adults. The resort was nice, clean and super close to the main strip in Breckinridge. The location was a great home base to have day trips to other Colorado towns. Condo had everything we needed and we loved the pool and hot tubs! The upstairs bedrooms did get warm in July. Luckily fans were available in each room that helped and the main floor stayed cooler.
